On Thursday night, 27th August 2015, our lovely, sweet, gentle Dom died from Motor Neurone Disease. He brought love and happiness into our lives and will be greatly missed.

Thoughts
I just stumbled across this news and wanted to leave a thought.
I joined Cornwallis House in January 1974, so Dom was a few years older than me. I have nothing but fond memories of the big, gentle, fair, friendly teenager, PO boy and CPO boy. I am sure he was instrumental in helping to shape the way I grew up and took on the roles of PO, CPO and head of house. Cornwallis was a fabulous place to be in the seventies, and I am sure that had a lot to do with Dom.
Rest in peace, old friend.

It was with great sadness that I received the news of Doms passing. We only met him a few times at my brother Philips but he was always very generous with his time, thoughts and donations to our daughters fundraising in memory of Philip. Our hearts go out to you both and hope you will always remember the good times, and smile at the memories that you made as a family.xx Karen and Philip Brightmore
